Vancouver Football Club’s Annual General Meeting
place on Monday, June 10, 6:00PM
All members are invited to participate in nominating
and electing volunteers to the Board of Directors. Positions are open for election or
re-election annually or bi-annually.

2. Ordinary Membership
a. A person shall become an ordinary member of
the Club in the manners described as follows:
i. The parents or guardians of youth players
registered to play soccer with the Club, and for whom the prescribed fees have
ii. The registered youth players for a particular
soccer-playing season (the players shall be considered non-voting members);
iii Registered adult players;
iv. A duly elected Director of the Club in the
Director's current term: or
v. Coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, and
any person appointed by the Board of Directors to perform duties on behalf of
the Board include:
Vice President Technical, Vice President Operations, Treasurer, Secretary, Director
Divisional Play, Director Adult Programs, Director Communications, Director Revenue
Generation, Facilities & Equipment Director, Director Development Programs.
Committee positions available include the Technical Committee
and the four Clubhouse Facility Committees:
Concept & Approval; Design & Construction; Property Management &
Operations; and Clubhouse Fundraising.
Financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2019
will also be reviewed at the annual general meeting.
