|I forgot my login, what do I do?|
| ||Instead of sending your login/password via email, the system will instead send an email with a link allowing the user to reset their password. The reset link contains a token identifying the account to be reset which is time sensitive and valid for 30 minutes. This allows passwords to be reset without transmitting any sensitive security information in the clear.

| ||The club is able to provide some financial assistance for reasonable requests through our registration fees. It is also suggested to make a request for assistance through KidSport www.sport.bc.ca or through Athletics for Kids www.a4k.ca

| ||Please get your players off the field as quickly as possible and into shelter. Do not stand under trees or if at Ambleside D or E get as far away from the light standards as possible.|

|I frequently only have 9 or 10 players for a 11-aside game - how can I get more players for the game when I have sickness/injury issues?|
| ||Players can play for another team that is the same level or lower e.g a Div 2 team can borrow from a Div 3 team at the same age level or a Div 2 or 3 team at a lower age group. Always contact the coach of the team you are borrowing from to confirm it's ok. If the team you are borrowing from has photo id, the player must bring the card with him or her.
