Exercises can be done with or without a ball. Besides getting the body and mind ready to play, try to improve their balance, coordination and agility. Rhythmic movement should be a part of every warm-up.

1 team is attacking and 1 team is defending. If you score on the goal you keep possessions and attack again. If the defending team wins the ball and successfully dribbles through 1 of the 2 gates, they now become the attacking team.
