Registration for the September 2024 to February 2025 starts on Feb 15 2024 If you register here by clicking on the link you are registering for the soccer season where you play on a team at the weekend and have one or two practices per week with your team coach. Boys teams play in a league on Saturdays and Girls teams play in a league on Sundays. Little Lions play on Saturday (2020, 2019 and 2018 birthdates) Do not register here for Spring Soccer.

Registration for April, May and June Spring "Little Lions Program" (formerly Spring Street Soccer) for players born 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017 will begin on March 1 . There are programs scheduled for both Fridays and Saturdays. We are limited to the number of players on the field so register early

OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT IS BY CREDIT CARD. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE A PREPAID VISA OR MASTERCARD. You will be offered the following choices on the registration payment page.
- Pay by Credit Card in full.
- Pay by Credit Card in installments. A deposit will be paid when registering and further payments will be taken at intervals. All details are on the payment section of the registration form and vary by age group and level of play. Please make sure when entering your credit card details, that the expiry date is after Aug 15, 2023 for Divisional players and after Sept 15 2023 for MSL players. Those are the dates the final payments will be taken.
- E transfer - Please e transfer your payment in full to bookkeeper@westvanfc.com on the day you register your player.
- You must choose one of the above methods of payment. If not, the registration will show as "incomplete" and will be cancelled.
IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR A SUBSIDY OR GRANT, YOU MUST CHOOSE TO PAY BY E TRANSFER AND PAY THE $100 DEPOSIT ($200 FOR MSL PLAYERS) FOR EACH PLAYER REGISTERED. PLEASE ENTER THE NAME OF THE ORGANISATION YOU HAVE APPLIED TO IN THE PAYMENT NOTES.

West Van FC will not turn away any player because they cannot pay for their season registration fee. We do ask, however, that players apply for financial assistance from one of the following organizations, and our club will work with members to ensure the registration process goes smoothly. Organizations that provide financial assistance for youth:
For those requesting financial assistance, please register using Online Registration and follow these steps: - Choose E Transfer as the payment method.
- Send an E transfer to bookkeeper@westvanfc.com for the deposit ($100 for Divisional or Mini Players and $200 for MSL players).Please make sure the player's name is on the E transfer.
- Enter in the Payment Notes field on the Registration form payment page:: application for funding through A4K, Kidsport or Jumpstart.

Academy Programs - Improve your soccer skills |

West Van FC's academy programs ( September to February) are where players train with our professional coaches to improve their soccer skills. Players work on their foot skills, ball control, soccer tactics, and game knowledge. Academy programs are separate from playing on a team during the regular season and require a separate registration.
