Registration for the Sept 2025 Feb 2026 season

For All players Under 5 (2021 Birthdates) to Under 18 (2008 Birthdates)  

Registration for the September 2025 to February 2026 starts on Feb 1 2025

If you register here by clicking on the link you are registering for the soccer season where you play on a team at the weekend and have one or two practices per week with your team coach.

Boys teams play in a league on Saturdays and Girls teams play in a league on Sundays.

Little Lions play on Saturday (2021, 2020 and 2019 birthdates)

Do not register here for Spring Soccer.

Dates to Remember

Here are some important dates in our calendar  
1. February 1 2025 -  Registration opens for the soccer season September 2025 to February 2026
2. March 1 2025 - Registration opens for all SPRING programming (April, May and June)
3. March 15 2025 - All players wanted to be considered for a Cascadia League team MUST be registered for Spring by this date.
4. May 31 2025 - This is the deadline for registering for the soccer season. All players registering after the deadline (except U5/U6,U7 and those new to the Club) will pay a "late fee" of $50.
5. June 2025 - Teams will be formed. Late registering players will be placed on teams with space.

Spring Break Camps - When school is on break

Spring break Camps for March 16 -20  and March 23-27 2026 are open for registration.  The focus of our camps will be for players to have fun while building on their soccer skills.

Payment Options

OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT IS BY CREDIT CARD. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE A PREPAID VISA OR MASTERCARD. 
You will be offered the following choices on the registration payment page. 

  • Pay by Credit Card in full. 
  • Pay by Credit Card in installments.  A deposit will  be paid when registering and further payments will be taken at intervals. All details are on the payment section of the registration form and vary by age group and level of play. Please make sure when entering your credit card details, that the expiry date is after July 15, 2025 for Divisional players and after Sept 15 2025 for MSL players. Those are the dates the final payments will be taken.
  • E transfer - Please e transfer your payment in full to bookkeeper@westvanfc.com on the day you register your player.
  • You must choose one of the above methods of payment. If not, the registration will show as "incomplete" and will be cancelled.

IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR A SUBSIDY OR GRANT, YOU MUST CHOOSE TO PAY BY E TRANSFER AND  PAY THE $200 DEPOSIT ($400 FOR MSL PLAYERS) FOR EACH PLAYER REGISTERED. PLEASE ENTER THE NAME OF THE ORGANISATION YOU HAVE APPLIED TO IN THE PAYMENT NOTES.


Financial Assistance

West Van FC will not turn away any player because they cannot pay for their season registration fee.  We do ask, however, that players apply for financial assistance from one of the following organizations, and our club will work with members to ensure the registration process goes smoothly.

For those requesting financial assistance, please register using Online Registration and follow these steps:
  • Choose E Transfer as the payment method.
  • Send an E transfer to bookkeeper@westvanfc.com for the deposit ($200 for Divisional or Mini Players and $400 for MSL players).Please make sure the player's name is on the E transfer. 
  • Enter in the Payment Notes field on the Registration form payment page:: application for funding through A4K, Kidsport or Jumpstart.
