For All players Under 5 (2022 Birthdates) to Under 18 (2009 Birthdates)

Registration for the September 2026 to February 2027 starts on Feb 15 2026

If you register here by clicking on the link you are registering for the soccer season where you play on a team at the weekend and have one or two practices per week with your team coach.

Boys teams play in a league on Saturdays and Girls teams play in a league on Sundays.

Little Lions play on Saturday (2022, 2021 and 2020 birthdates)

Do not register here for Spring Soccer unless you are a U15 or older player who has been told you are on a Cascadia team and have been given a code.

Dates to Remember

Here are some important dates in our calendar

1. February 15 2026 - Registration opens for the soccer season September 2026 to February 2027

2. February 1 2026 - Registration opens for SPRING programming (April, May and June)

3. All players wanting to be considered for a Cascadia League Spring team MUST be registered for Spring programming (Boys Monday/Wednesday and Girls Tuesday/Thursday) by February 28.

4. Spring teams will be formed between March 5 and 10.

5. May 31 2026 - This is the deadline for registering for the 2026/2027 soccer season.

6. June 2026 - Teams will be formed. Late registering players will be placed on teams with space.

7. July 1 2026 - Teams will be submitted to the Leagues.

The 2026/27 Soccer Season

Registration for the current soccer season September 2025 to February 2026 is now closed.

Registration for the new soccer season beginning September 2026 to February 2027 will open on February 15, 2026.

Spring Break Camps - When school is on break

Spring break Camps for March 16 -20 and March 23-27 2026 are open for registration. The focus of our camps will be for players to have fun while building on their soccer skills.

Spring Programs April, May, June U9 to U16 players

Spring - April to June programs will open for registration on Feb 1.

Please note these are next season's age groups so for example if your player is U8 this past season, then they would be eligible for U9 Spring programs.

Boys

1. Boys U9/U10 Mondays and Wednesdays Spring Program 3:30 to 4:45 both days

2. Boys U11/U12 Monday and Wednesday 5:00 to 6:15 both days

3. Boys U13/U14/U15/U16 Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30 to 7:45 both days

Girls

1. U9/U10 Tuesdays and Thursdays Spring Program 3:30 to 4:45 both days

2. U11/U12 Tuesdays and Thursdays Spring Programs 5:00 to 6:15 both days

3. U13/U14/U15/U16 Tuesdays and Thursdays Spring Programs 6:30 to 7:45 both days

For the twice per week programs, preference is given to players registering for both days. Players U9 to U14 who register for both days will be given the opportunity to play on a Cascadia team if there is one in the age group.

Friday Academy for boys and girls U9 to U15 - 5 pm to 6:15 pm on Ambleside D

Speed Agility and Quickness - two time slots offered for player U9 to U15 3:45 and 5 pm

Goalkeeping - two time slots available on Fridays

Payment Options

OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT IS BY CREDIT CARD. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE A PREPAID VISA OR MASTERCARD.

You will be offered the following choices on the registration payment page.

Pay by Credit Card in full.
Pay by Credit Card in installments. A deposit will be paid when registering and further payments will be taken at intervals. All details are on the payment section of the registration form and vary by age group and level of play. Please make sure when entering your credit card details, that the expiry date is after July 15, 2025 for Divisional players and after Sept 15 2025 for MSL players. Those are the dates the final payments will be taken.
E transfer - Please e transfer your payment in full to bookkeeper@westvanfc.com on the day you register your player.
You must choose one of the above methods of payment. If not, the registration will show as "incomplete" and will be cancelled.

IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR A SUBSIDY OR GRANT, YOU MUST CHOOSE TO PAY BY E TRANSFER AND PAY THE $200 DEPOSIT ($400 FOR MSL PLAYERS) FOR EACH PLAYER REGISTERED. PLEASE ENTER THE NAME OF THE ORGANISATION YOU HAVE APPLIED TO IN THE PAYMENT NOTES.

Financial Assistance

West Van FC will not turn away any player because they cannot pay for their season registration fee. We do ask, however, that players apply for financial assistance from one of the following organizations, and our club will work with members to ensure the registration process goes smoothly.

For those requesting financial assistance, please register using Online Registration and follow these steps:

Choose E Transfer as the payment method.
Send an E transfer to bookkeeper@westvanfc.com for the deposit ($200 for Divisional or Mini Players and $400 for MSL players).Please make sure the player's name is on the E transfer.
Enter in the Payment Notes field on the Registration form payment page:: application for funding through A4K, Kidsport or Jumpstart.
