2023 Div 1 and Metro Tryout Schedule (U13-U18)

2023-24 Metro and Div 1 Tryouts

*Players should plan to attend both tryout sessions for their age group. Email betty@westvanfc.com if you cannot make a session or if you have a question.

The age groups are for what players will be next season. Although the BC Coastal Soccer League calls U13, U14 and U15 Div 1, West Van FC considers this our Metro level. These teams will have a professional coach. U13 Div 1 teams will have one weekly practice with their team's professional coach, and then they will have their second practice at the Friday Div 1 Academy with a staff coach. All other teams will have two weekly team practices with their coach.

U14 and U15 teams will be strongly encouraged to register for the Friday Div 1 Academy.

U13 - birth year 2011 (Div 1)

U14 - birth year 2010 (Div 1)

U15 - birth year 2009 (Div 1)

U16 - birth year 2008 (Metro)

U17 - birth year 2007 (Metro)

U18 - birth year 2006 (Metro) - WVFC will NOT have a girls Metro team at this age group
