When planning to travel to tournaments that are not local, teams need to have players/parents/team officials complete documents intended for the safety of all club members who will be traveling.

Traveling out of Province? Ensure you complete the application for BCSA and CSA approval well in advance of your trip.
Teams traveling out of province need to plan early. These are the forms that the club needs read and signed by those attending the trip. Either the team's manager, trip planner or the coach should hold onto the forms once signed and collected.

It is critical that players and club members traveling out of province have medical insurance coverage. BC Soccer's insurance policy will not cover any injuries occurring out of province or at any events that are not sanctioned or authorized by BC Soccer Association.
